Today we have a great Positive Emotions worksheet for you and your teen to do! Take time to complete it in a journal, type it up, or jot your thoughts down on a scrap of paper!

Why do this? Well positive emotions are good for us, mind and body. Just as important as eating healthy or getting your daily exercise in.
It may not come natural to have positive thoughts throughout the day, so just like most things in life, you have to practice!
Here's what you do. Below are word groups that describe positive emotions. "For each group, think of an activity or situation that helps you feel one of those emotions. Write it in the space provided."
Here are the first 5 word groups:
1. JOYFUL
2. PEACEFUL
3. INTERESTED
4. HOPEFUL
5. PROUD
