We want to provide you with practices that can help the youth in our lives manage their emotional well being.


🙋 Why?

How you feel can affect your ability to carry out everyday activities, relationships, and overall mental health. How you react to your experiences and feelings can change over time. Emotional wellness is the ability to successfully handle life’s stresses and adapt to change and difficult times. So let's learn a few ways to manage those ever changing emotions!


1. Don't forget your basic needs like sleep, exercise , fresh air, and eating healthy.


2. Manage stress in a HEALTHY way. There's lots of unhealthy ways to manage, the key is finding something that works for you and is also good for you.


3. Stay Connected. Be sure to spend time with loved ones that you trust and can talk to.


4. Take a Break! Put a pause on social media or your phone in general to to prevent additional stress or anxiety.
